To register on a job search site and post a resume, you do not need to specify either passport data or TIN - nothing like that. If the portal administration insists on providing information confirming the identity (for example, a scan of a passport), most likely you have chosen not the most reliable resource.

Upon request, the applicant has the right to attach scanned copies of diplomas to the resume, but this is not necessary.

Passport
